We are a small local team that checks, maintains and keeps an eye on holiday homes and apartments while their owners are away — and sends you photos, so you can see for yourself.

In Dalmatia, the portun is the stone gateway of a house — the heavy door in the wall that leads from the street into the courtyard. Whoever holds its key looks after everything behind it.
That is what we do for owners who live elsewhere. We live on this coast and we know these houses — stone walls, terraces, gardens, cisterns and pools — and we look after yours as carefully as if it were our own.

Common area maintenance
Stairwells, entrances, courtyards and shared terraces kept clean and tidy, with small faults reported before they turn into big ones.
Garden maintenance
Mowing, pruning, watering and seasonal tidying, so the garden is in shape when you or your guests arrive.
Pool monitoring
Regular checks of the water, its level and the equipment, plus opening and closing the pool for the season.
Property inspection
A scheduled walk-through inside and out: doors, windows, damp, leaks, the roof, and whatever a storm may have left behind.
Keyholding
Your keys kept safe and close at hand — for guests, tradespeople, deliveries or emergencies.
Spring clean
A thorough clean before the season: airing the house, dusting, windows, terraces and outdoor furniture.
Call-out service
When something goes wrong — a storm, a power cut, an alarm — we go and check, and tell you what we found.

Regular visits and photo reports
We look after the house as agreed and send you a short report with photos after every visit.
